Outreach Center

The Outreach Center’s (OC) primary responsibility is to recruit and retain students for Rio Salado College. The staff assists future and current students with entry level information about: Admissions, Advisement, Block Calendar, Financial Aid and Records. A majority of the efforts and initiatives are developed and operationalized by Institutional Advancement (recruitment) and Student Affairs (retention).

The OC continually monitors, forecasts, and improves the overall recruitment and retention efforts of the college by:  

  • Supporting inbound and outbound retention and recruitment initiatives
  • Building and maintaining relations with current and prospective students
  • Review, measure, and improve processes, practices and services to increase student success
  • Increased student education goal attainment by providing quality customer service
The Outreach Center is part of Institutional Advancement under the Division of Student Affairs.
