Certificate of Completion in Quality Customer ServiceThis certificate is designed to provide students with training to meet the requirements for employment in non-sales areas. Courses will be offered in Customer Service, Teamwork, Communication Skills (both written and oral) and Professional Development. |

These restricted electives must be chosen from the core requirements of an AAS Degree, Certificate, or a specialized program of study. | ||
