TIR Application and evaluation:

• Transcript Evaluation Form - To be used only if you have EDU coursework that is no older than seven years.
  
  
• TIR Admissions Form - Should only be submitted if you already have passed the AEPA or you have a contract from a school district.
  
  
• Student Information Form – Please complete this form and return it with your Admission Form and Arizona Department of Education Intern Application.
  
  
• Student Release Form - Please complete this form and return it with your Admission Form and Arizona Department of Education Intern Application.
  
  
• Student Acknowledgement Form - Please read and sign accordingly.
  
  
• Arizona Department of Education Intern Application-
  • Click on certification Application Form
  • Mark the Intern box at the bottom of the page
  • Complete all questions on front and back of form
  • Return application and fees to Rio along with the TIR Admission form

Note: Do not submit application materials if you have not passed the AEPA or been approved for your content area. Intern certificates will not be processed until proof of employment has been verified by Rio Salado College.
