Rio Salado College (RSC) has entered into a Joint Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Department of Defense Troops to Teachers (TTT) Program and is partners in the implementation and delivery of the Online Teacher Preparation Education Programs at the Associate of Arts Degree (AA) level, the baccalaureate degree and Post baccalaureate degree levels. The purpose of this program is to provide participants in the Troops to Teachers Programs who are interested in beginning a second career in public education as a teacher, the opportunity to improve their educational level and obtain college degrees directly related to Teacher Education. Such improvements benefit the communities of interest serviced by improving the quality of new teachers and the instruction itself.
