What is the Communiversity @ Surprise?
The Communiversity @ Surprise is a higher education center hosted by Rio Salado College in partnership with the City of Surprise. The Communiversity offers programs from three community colleges and three universities. The combined efforts of all participating institutions will allow you to pursue educational pathways in one convenient location.
The partnering institutions jointly provide more than 40 educational programs in a variety of course formats, including in-person, online and hybrid. You will be able to earn your certificate, associate degree, bachelor's degree and even master’s degree through the partner institutions.

The Communiversity @ Surprise opened in August 2009.
