What is the Communiversity @ Surprise?
The Communiversity @ Surprise is a higher education center hosted by Rio Salado College in partnership with the City of Surprise. The Communiversity offers programs from three community colleges, three universities and a high school district. The combined efforts of all participating institutions allows you to pursue several educational pathways in one convenient location.
The partnering institutions jointly provide more than 40 educational programs in a variety of course formats, including in-person, online and hybrid. You can earn your certificate, associate degree, bachelor's degree or master’s degree through the partner institutions.

The Communiversity @ Surprise opened in August 2009.

The Communiversity @ Surprise is located at the Surprise Civic Center Complex, 15950 N. Civic Center Plaza, in Surprise, Arizona.
Rio Salado College partnered with the City of Surprise to bring this unique educational institution to the residents of Surprise and surrounding areas.
