Counselors assist students to set personal, educational, and career goals. We provide high quality and accessible services to meet the needs of our diverse student population. Counseling Services at Rio Salado College are an integral part of the total educational process.

- Career Exploration: Career decision making, assessment of interests, needs, personality traits, values
- Personal Counseling: Stress Management, motivation, goal setting, or any other concern interfering with academic work. Information on community services and agencies.
- Career information: Description of careers, market outlook, educational requirements.
- Job Hunting Skills: Applications, resumes, Interviewing, strategies for networking.
