Transcript Requests
Unofficial transcripts, or transcripts sent within the Maricopa District, are free of charge.
Official transcripts are $5 each.

Individuals who have successfully completed courses at other U.S. regionally accredited universities and colleges and/or ACE evaluated programs and credits who would like to enroll in a Rio Salado class which requires a prerequisite must request an evaluation of these courses.
Transcript Evaluation Form

Individuals who have successfully completed courses at other U.S. regionally accredited universities and colleges and/or ACE evaluated programs and credits should request an evaluation of these courses for the purpose of establishing equivalency with Rio Salado College. Upon completion of the unofficial evaluation, you will be sent an email with a link to the Electronic Student File (ESF) which contains your check sheet and unofficial evaluation results.

HB2008 - Maricopa Community Colleges Student Declaration of Citizenship or Status
Only those with a lawful presence in the US may qualify for Maricopa County Community College District scholarships or federal financial aid. Any information you provide about your legal status when you apply for financial aid or scholarships may be subject to mandatory reporting to federal immigration authorities under Arizona law, A.R.S. §§1-501,1-502.
Proposition 300
All students living in Arizona are required to fill out this form and submit proper documentation. Proposition 300, passed by Arizona voters in November 2006, stipulates that college students who are not legal United States citizens or are without lawful immigration status must pay out-of-state tuition, and that persons who are not United States citizens and who are without lawful immigration status are not eligible for financial assistance using state money.

Proctoring Information for Rio Salado Students
Students living outside of Maricopa county enrolled in Distance Learning courses may need to take in-person midterm and final exams.
