Online
Take a class on the World Wide Web!
To access lectures and discussions, you must have your own Internet connection,
Macintosh/Windows capability, and a minimum of 32 MB of RAM. The required textbook
and supplementary materials can be ordered on the Internet.
If you would like more information about Rio Salado Internet classes, view the Internet Course FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions).
Mixed Media
Mixed Media formats combine delivery
technologies, including conference calling, audio and videocassettes, print
materials and laboratory kits. Audio and video cassettes are checked out to students
who have paid their tuition and fees. Some courses have limited enrollment. Some
courses require in-person meetings as noted in the schedule.
Print-Based
Convenient print-based classes use printed
materials such as textbooks, study guides, supplemental readings and other course
materials to present course content. Students submit assignments through the mail
or by fax. Note: You can use the Rio Salado College Computer Labs to take
the Windows-based courses.
