5 Steps to Register for ESL Online

Step 1: Call Advisement

The ESL advisor at Rio Salado will help you get started. You can talk with the ESL advisor in person or by phone. To begin, call (480) 517-8249.

The ESL advisor will give you information on the following items:
  • Tuition
  • Testing Requirements
  • Application materials
  • Financial aid, scholarships and payment plan options

Step 2: Take the CELSA Placement Test

Taking the placement test is the only in-person requirement for ESL. During your conversation with the ESL advisor, you will get information on the placement testing process. The placement test is free, and Rio Salado has several testing locations throughout the Valley. You decide which location works best for you.

Step 3: Register for the Class

Step 4: Purchase Books

There are many ways to purchase books for your class. Visit the Rio Salado bookstore at www.riosalado.edu/bookstore.

Step 5: Begin the Class
