Ron Burns is the Faculty Chair for Law Enforcement Programs at Rio Salado College. He is the former Chief of Police (retired) for Tempe AZ, Kirkland, WA and Lakewood, CO Police Departments, and former Executive Director of the 100 Club of Arizona.
