An updated Financial Responsibility/ Consent Form is available for Fall 2018. The new form includes FERPA and Proxy information. FERPA allows student information to be released to parents and guardians. Proxy allows parents or guardians to register students in dual enrollment courses. To grant access to your parent or guardian, students click here and sign in with your MEID and password.
