Attention Parents/Guardians

If you want to access your child's information at Rio Salado College, you need to fill out a FERPA form in compaliance with FERPA/confidentiality laws. You may fax them to 480-377-4780

  • Click on Save and Next after each page.
  • Upload your photo ID during the application process if you have a driver’s license, Arizona ID card or passport.
  • If you use a birth certificate for ID, please also provide a photo ID such as high school ID and submit via Student Identity Verification Form or submit in person at Rio Salado College or your high school.

  • Save your MEID, Student ID number and password for future use.

Step 2: Placement Testing

Please check with your high school for the testing schedule. Math and English composition courses require a college placement test. Other courses may require a reading placement test.

Step 3: Submit Financial Responsibility/Consent Form

Students-Log in!

Follow the directions for entering parent/guardian's contact information. Complete the student portion of the form and the student e-signature.

If you encounter difficulties with the e-form, a hard copy of the Financial Responsibility/Consent Form can be accessed below and submitted in-person to Rio Salado College or your high school. You can also upload completed forms here or fax to 480-377-4714.

Step 4: Register for Classes

Please Note

Student enrolls in class(es) after being notified that all pre-enrollment requirements have been completed and processed.

  1. Log into your Student Center at
  2. Student Center

  3. Click on "Add a Class" and select the term. Enter the 5-digit class number supplied by your teacher for your Dual class; you may also click here to view the course list for your high school. Repeat for each additional class.

Step 5: Pay Tuition

Payment Options

Cost is $86 (in-state) per credit plus a $15 registration fee per semester. Payment is due upon registration. Students will be dropped every Monday for nonpayment.


After enrolling in class(es) pay in full in your online Student Center by clicking on Finance section.

Payment Plan

Set up a payment plan* in your Student Center after enrolling in class(es) by clicking on the Finance section and choosing the Payment Plan option.

*Separate payment plan needs to be set up each semester. There is a $20 fee for each semester a payment plan is created.
