Student System Upgrade - Important Notice
As the result of system maintenance the Student Information System and the faculty and student self-serve features available through my.maricopa.edu will be unavailable Saturday, May 17 and Sunday, May 18. For this reason, some student services will be unavailable on Saturday, May 17 in the areas of Financial Aid, Cashiers, Academic Advisement and Records and Registration.

Registration Options

Choose the method most convenient for you:

Rio Salado College complies with the 1974 Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Copies of the statute are available upon request from Student Enrollment Services.



Register Online

  1. Choose your classes from our online class schedule.
  2. Add the classes you want to your worksheet.
  3. Head over to http://my.maricopa.edu and register for the classes listed on your worksheet. If you are unsure how to use http://my.maricopa.edu, check out our Quick Start Guide.
NOTE: See the Mini Syllabus for course prerequisites and descriptions. In order to register for a course with prerequisite requirements, Rio will need to verify that you have completed the prerequisite(s). How do I do this?

  • Complete a Student Information Form (SIF) PDF
  • Enter your selected course(s) in the box at the bottom of the SIF.
  • Mail your completed form, copy of your placement test results/proof of prerequisite (if required), along with check, money order or credit card information to:
