Lender Request Form

If the lender you wish to use is not listed on Rio Salado's Lender List, you can complete the Lender Request Form indicating the lender of your choice.

You may access your prior loan information on the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) web site. NSLDS contains all of your Title IV aid history, including the lender and or servicer on all of your loans.

If you have previously borrowed from a lender you may want to borrow from that lender or from a lender that uses the servicer of that loan so that all your loans may be maintained by the same company. If your current lender no longer participates in the student loan program please click here to log back in and choose a lender from the drop down box.

To change your lender please complete the Lender Request form and submit it to the Financial Aid Office for processing. Once you have been awarded with the lender of your choice you will receive notification of that change and then you will need to complete the Master Promissory Note in order to accept your loan.
