Have your student ID number (usually your Social Security number).

Students not wishing to use Social Security numbers as student ID numbers must contact Student Enrollment Services (480 517-8540) to have a student ID number assigned. This assigned student ID number will be used for all future transactions at that college

NEW students must complete a student information form. Select the ADMISSIONS option when you are ready to register.

FORMER students who have not been registered for more than 2 semesters must call Registration at (480) 517-8150 to update residency information.

Note: Students using the online system for the first time must update their PIN Number (Personal Identification Number).

The default PIN is the month and day of your birth (MMDD). The first time you access your record, you will be prompted to change your PIN. This will better insure the security and confidentiality of your record. Remember your PIN. It cannot be given to you by phone.

Students must update ADDRESS information each semester by selecting the Address Updates option from the "Student Services" menu.

Registration is not available on-line for English, Reading and Mathematics courses and other courses that require assessment tests, prerequisites or special permission.

Registration for flexible start classes must be completed by the Saturday before your planned Monday start.
