Rio Veterans' Affairs Office, located at the main Rio Salado College office at 2323 W. 14th St. in Tempe, is available to help veterans apply for education benefits.

Before you enroll, please contact us for information on benefit restrictions for Distance Learning, Open Entry/Open Exit, and Flex-start courses, and to discuss your needs.

You are responsible for informing Rio's VA Office about your Enrollment status at Rio and other colleges, and for understanding and selectdegreeding your degree program.

Federal Financial Aid

Federal financial aid is available in the form of grants to eligible students. To request an application by mail, complete the Federal Financial Aid Information at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov

Scholarships

Rio Salado students who meet specific criteria are eligible to apply for scholarship funds to assist them with tuition costs. To request an application or review the Scholar Information go to the Scholarship Search.
