Rio Salado Graduation Processes for GoArmyEd Students

Please follow these steps if you are within 9 credits of graduation. Failure to comply with these instructions may delay your graduation date!

Step 1: Send all Official Transcripts
Ensure that you have requested all official transcripts be forwarded to Rio Salado College from any schools, which you have completed coursework. (GoArmyEd courses not taken with Rio Salado) Please have official transcripts sent to:

Step 2: Requesting Preliminary Degree Audit
When you believe you are within 9 credits of graduation you must notify Rio Salado College. Upon receiving this notification we will provide you with a preliminary degree audit. Your Student Agreement Form will also be updated, which will reflect the results of your preliminary degree audit. This process may take several weeks. Please use this link to notify us that you are within 9 credits of graduation. We will reply to your request with a confirmation and a list of remaining courses.

Step 3: Degree Audit Errors or Questions
After receiving your preliminary degree audit, if you believe there are errors or you have questions; please contact us by clicking on the link below.

Step 4: Apply for Degree or Certificate
When you have (2) courses remaining on you preliminary degree audit (refer to your student agreement form, which will reflect the results of your preliminary degree audit) you must complete and submit a graduation application online. After we receive your application for degree or certificate you will receive a final degree audit as well as a checklist of action items to complete your degree requirements and attend the commencement ceremony at Rio Salado College. Step 5: Participating in Our Commencement Ceremony If you intend to participate in our graduation ceremony, the link below will provide time sensitive information about ordering your cap and gown, requesting tickets, key important dates, and lodging.
