Testing Days and Times

Testing is by appointment from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the specific Tuesdays and Thursdays of each month.

Please refer to the table below.

Registration Process

These exams must be ordered in advance. We must receive your request by the deadline date or you will have to wait until the following month to test. No exceptions.

You must pay Rio Salado College a $15 non-refundable fee at the time of registration. You will not be guaranteed a testing time until we receive your registration fee.

Cost - Fees subject to change without notice

The $15 non-refundable fee is paid to Rio at the time of registration. The fee paid to DANTES is $70.

Methods of payment include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, money order or certified check. Personal checks will not be accepted by DANTES.

You must have a current and recognizable photo ID to be admitted to the testing session.

Score Reports and Retakes

Scores will be mailed to you and directly to the institution you indicate on your answer sheet in approximately 4 weeks.

Examinees must wait 6 months from the last test date to retaking the same DSST title.
