Notice: On December 11, your student username was converted to reflect your Maricopa Enterprise Identification (MEID). This change will provide username consistency between Rio Salado College and my.maricopa.edu. This change updates your email addresses to a new format:

yourMEID@mail.riosalado.edu

If you already use your MEID as your username, this change will not affect you. This update will not affect your password; it will remain the same.

We are proud to introduce our new Student ID Card. The Rio Salado Student ID card contains important information for you when using college services. The numbers listed on the card are being conveniently provided to you for faster service in-person, over the phone and online.

  • Student ID Number (automated & secure code for verification purposes)
  • MEID (username for my.maricopa.edu & RioLearn)
  • Library card barcode (same MEID number)

In some cases, social security numbers will be requested for financial aid, military, nursing students and others as needed for verification purposes.

Your MEID has been aligned with the most college services. However, exceptions may apply.

My.Maricopa.edu (Student Self-Service)

  • Register for classes
  • Request official transcripts
  • View final grades
  • Check financial aid status
  • Make a payment or sign up for a payment plan
  • Update your personal information
  • Add, drop or withdraw from a class

Library

  • Your Student ID card is also your library card
  • Check out and renew library materials at any Maricopa Community College Library
  • Access your Library Catalog account online

As an added bonus, you can use your student ID card to receive student discounts at a number of locations including movie theatres, athletic events, restaurants and other businesses (discounts and offerings may vary).

Replacement Cards:

Did you get your Student ID in the mail? Do you need a replacement card? If so, please submit a Helpdesk ticket.

Student ID's will be issued monthly and mailed out to students throughout the year. Delivery of your Student ID may vary between 2-6 weeks. If you have not received your Student ID, please call Course Support at 480-517-8243 for assistance.
