Pay for Tuition, Fees & Books

When you are finished enrolling each semester, you must contact your “parent institution” and have them send us what’s called a parent school/315 concurrent enrollment document. Receipt of this document is required to have your payment deferred for the semester.

Note: For VA purposes the institution that awards your degree is the institution that is considered your parent school. If you are not attending any other school, please follow the Start at Rio for program seeker as the VA requires all benefit users to select a program of study

If you do not submit this form, tuition and fees are due 10 days prior to the start of your class. If you register within 10 days of your start date, your tuition and fees will be due the same day.

If you are using any VA educational program other than CH33 Post-9/11 GI Bill®, or if you are not receiving CH33 at the 100% benefit level, you will be responsible for paying your educational expenses. Payment is due by your established due date or prior to enrolling in the next semester.
