Enrollment Step 1: Get Admitted

New dual enrollment students: Start here to complete the Student Admissions Application.

Student Admissions Application

  • Follow the instructions until you receive a Student ID Number, and a MEID (Maricopa Enterprise ID). Save your MEID, Student ID Number and password for future use.
  • When completing the application, students must select Credit – Rio Salado College – (THE TERM YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR)
  • When you come to section for Identity Verification, you will upload your Arizona driver's license or Arizona state-issued identification card by selecting “Upload from mobile” or “Upload form desktop.” Students without a state-issued ID can submit a signed U.S. Passport OR a high school ID AND birth certificate using the Student Identity Verification Form below.

  • After your ID upload is complete, you will see the “Welcome to the Maricopa Community Colleges” screen with your MCCCD Student ID Number. Write this down and keep it handy for future use.


Tip!  Allow 2-3 days for the forms to be processed and then proceed to Step 2.
