Community Dental Health Coordination

The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Community Dental Health Coordination (CDHC) program is designed to provide students with a practical and theoretical basis for assisting in the reduction of disparities in dental health. Courses cover advocacy, intercultural communication and finance. They also cover dental health coordination, documentation, reporting procedures and legal and ethical issues.

About the Program

Application Process

Formal application and acceptance into the Community Dental Health Coordination program is required.

Students wishing to take part in the Community Dental Health Coordination (CDHC) program must fill out an application online and upload required forms. Open the CDHC Checklist to view required forms.

To apply for the CDHC program, you must be admitted to Maricopa Community College District and Rio Salado College. Click on the blue CDHC Program Application box below and follow the directions on the right side of the screen to accomplish this and obtain your MEID and Student ID numbers.
