Honors Program Graduation

Graduating from the Honors Program has specific perks for Honors Program students. When you graduate from the Honors Program, you earn an Honors Program designation in the graduation program and an Honors graduation medallion. Additionally, honors graduates intending to transfer to Barrett Honors College at ASU will only need 18 more credits to earn their bachelor's with honors.

You must apply for graduation and select Honors Program on the graduation application to be considered. To be eligible to graduate from the Honors Program, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Successfully complete 15 or more Honors credits
  • Have a cumulative Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • Be in good standing with Rio Salado College
