Join us for an energizing and restorative yoga experience celebrating Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) heritage.
Yoga is a practice with deep cultural roots in Asia, originating in ancient India and shaped by centuries of tradition, philosophy, and community. In celebration of AAPI Heritage Month, this session invites you to move, breathe, and connect—honoring the cultural origins of yoga while creating space for well-being, reflection, and community.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, this session offers a welcoming space to reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself and others.
Bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable workout clothing. A limited number of mats will be available if needed.
This session will be facilitated by Likitha Reddy Pailla and Reina Ferrufino. All students, faculty, staff, and community members are welcome to attend.
This event is presented by the Community Engagement Council, promoting community building, lifelong learning, and transformational impact at Rio Salado College.
