Join us virtually for an interactive session on stress, resilience, and everyday well-being featuring Kerry Sanderson, Senior Project Manager of Well-Being and Positive Psychology adjunct faculty member at GateWay Community College.
Kerry holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and has spent over two decades helping students find their spark and their path. Her work focuses on making well-being a way of life—on campus and beyond—by bringing energy, curiosity, and heart to everything she does.
In this engaging workshop, we will explore how stress shows up in our daily lives and learn practical strategies to build resilience and stay grounded through life’s challenges.
Through guided activities and reflection, we will explore:
- Simple, effective ways to manage stress
- Strategies to build resilience in everyday life
- Tools to stay balanced, focused, and supported
Participants will leave with practical tools they can apply right away to support their well-being both personally and professionally.
All students, faculty, staff, and community members are welcome to attend.
