Carolyn Shack and Cordero Holmes Receive Coca-Cola Academic Team Scholarship

This is not the first time we've seen Carolyn Shack and Cordero Holmes make Waves during their time at Rio Salado College. They were both awarded the All-Arizona Scholarship and have plans to attend university. We are proud to announce that both Carolyn and Cordero were informed that they also WON the Coca-Cola Academic Team Scholarship. 

The Coca-Cola Academic Team recognizes high achieving college students who demonstrate academic excellence and intellectual rigor combined with leadership and service that extends their education beyond the classroom to benefit society.

  • Fifty students will be named Gold Scholars

  • Fifty students will be named Silver Scholars

  • Fifty students will be named Bronze Scholars

  • A state may have multiple Gold, Silver, or Bronze Scholars

To be eligible for this program, students must submit an application for the All-USA Academic Team and be selected as a nominee by their college.
