Paralegal rules of professional responsibility and ethical requirements. Includes regulation of the profession as well as unauthorized practice of law and confidentiality. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in (ENG101 or ENG107) and (BPC110 or CIS105) and (CRE101 or equivalent as indicated by assessment) and PAR102, or permission of Program Director.
