Responsibilities of the paralegal in the civil litigation process. Includes review of the American court system and techniques for case investigation. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in (ENG101 or ENG107) and (BPC110 or CIS105) and (CRE101 or equivalent as indicated by assessment), or permission of Program Director.
