PAR233 (3 Credits)

Paralegal responsibilities in the area of real estate law. Covers real estate transactions and agreements of sale as well as title and deed procedures. Also includes procedures for completing title abstractions and legal documentation pertinent to arbitration and foreclosure. The role of the paralegal in completing real estate client interviews also covered. In order to register for this course, Rio will need to verify that you have completed the prerequisite(s).
