The Interim Therapeutic Restorations for the Dental Hygienist course is designed to educate dental hygienists to recognize the need for ITR, to understand the materials used and provide in-person training in ITR techniques. The course is a blend of academic and clinical laboratory competency. This course meets the Arizona State Board of Dentistry's requirement for ITR placement by the Dental Hygienist. 6 continuing education hours will be issued upon completion of the course.
