At Rio Salado, our Associate in Arts (AA), Emphasis in Family Life Education provides a comprehensive foundation in human development, marriage and family relationships, and the connections between school, community, and family.

This program prepares you for meaningful careers in public, private, and human service organizations, working with children, youth, and families. Whether your goal is to continue your education toward a bachelor’s degree or start making an impact in your community right away, this program gives you the knowledge and skills to help families thrive.

Plus, students can enhance their credentials by earning a Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Child and Family Organizations, Management and Administration, which can be fully embedded in the associate’s degree.
