Ask an Advisor: How Do I Start College Again After a Long Period Away?

Stop beating yourself up for being away from school for so long. It happens and you are not alone. Many people return to school after having been away for years, me included. The reasons are as varied as each person, but the one thing everyone has in common is a desire to return to school. Give yourself a pat on the back for getting this far! Somehow you landed on this article, so let’s get started! Advisors are here to help you reach your educational and career goals.

Step 4: Make Payment Arrangements
